ALBUM: ANYWHERE TO GO |
Jamie Thorne, winner of the 2005 Nashville North Country Superstar Competition, is a 29 year-old from Orangeville, Ontario. Finishing third in the KX96 “Cradle to Rave” talent search, he won the opportunity to record two original songs, including one co-written by Nashville songwriter, Buddy Jewel.
The next step was recording a full album with James Hopson of Wellcraft Music Group/Lake Effect studios with original songs written by a host of established Nashville songwriters.
Jamie has toured in the USA and Canada, including Country Jammin The Valley – Pennsylvania, Hot Rods, Acton Leathertown Festival, and Nashville North. |

Jamie Thorne has enlisted the services of Linda Dawe, Music Solutions Inc, to promote the single “Anywhere to Go” as an initial launch of the album.
Radio promotion will include country stations all across Canada.

Jamie Thorne has enlisted the services of Linda Dawe, Music Solutions Inc, to provide a national publicity campaign for press releases in weekly newspapers, magazines, websites and TV and radio interviews in key centres across Canada.
In addition, press releases will be issued to relevant television, newspaper, radio and Internet outlets in targeted cities to support live appearances on the national tour dates.
