ALBUM: BLOODLINE |
The name Bloodline is a line of four blood related artists, three fraternal triplets and a cousin, Steve, Tony, Mike and Matt Ciani, whose hearts joined together at the age of 9 to play music in the York Region north of Toronto. Their effortless rendition of “Hotel California” shocked audiences at their musical ability at a pre-teen age. As young musicians, they concentrated on developing their original songwriting, vocal harmonies and unique riffs over the last 10 years.
Bloodline enlisted the services of Jim Hopson of Wellcraft Music Group to record and produce at the Howie House of Music and Lake Effect studios, an album of 11 original tracks. Additional musicians included the accomplished keyboardist and organist, Martin Aucoin. Artwork graphics were produced by Aaron Chapman. Their original songs journey across the spectrum of classic rock, heavy metal, progressive jazz and blues.
After graduating from the fame of high school appearances, their debut single “Reach” won the Barrie based CKBB radio “Rock 95 Local & Loud” contest in 2007. They have continued their countless performances at nightclubs, bars, community festivals and fundraising events in the greater Toronto regions.
Bloodline’s major live appearances at various venues in the Toronto to Barrie area have included shows at The Foundation (Barrie), McClusky’s (Keswick) The VI (Branford), Rivoli and Horseshoe in Toronto. |
